Sound effect making

Sound effects, obviously, must be made. The simplest way to make sound effects is to use Audacity. Try to make a close approximation of the sound with your mouth. That will give you a base. Then tinker with it to make it sound right.
The second thing I wanted to bring up is that I always thought it would be hilarious to make a game that has some sound effects that are just mouth noises. A machine gun sound made with someone's mouth with a bad microphone in their living room. What do you think?

Maybe as a special gun. Or like in the other thread, about the health system, the more twisted the image gets, the music could warp, and your guns sounds would turn into someone yelling BANG BANG BANG or making animal noises.
